THIRST AND THE WELLSPRING - transpersonal itineraries

Dear friends of Psychosynthesis,
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Roberto Assagioli's passing, the Institute of Psychosynthesis and the Center of Venice are organizing the XV International Congress of the Institute of Psychosynthesis. This event will take place at the Hotel Alexander in Abano Terme, near Padua, from October 25th to 27th, 2024, concluding with the Post-Conference and Symposium on Assagioli in Venice on October 28th.
Inspired by Assagioli's phrase "The only way out is the way up," the theme (the title and subtitle) of the event, "The Thirst and the Source - Transpersonal Paths," will be explored and discussed.

Among the speakers, we are honored to host Federico Faggin, Marco Vannini, Paola Giovetti, Piero Ferrucci, Alberto Alberti, Daniele De Paolis, Andrea Bocconi, Tan Nguyen, Francesco Salvini,  and many others.
The program includes 31 talks, 24 workshops, and 5 panel discussions, spanning from the morning of Friday, October 25th, to Sunday's lunch on October 27th.

Additional proposals linked to the Congress include:
• On the evening of Friday, October 25th, the screening of a new film by F. Maraghini and E. Pacileo, focusing on partial aspects of personality.
• On Saturday, October 26th, the actor Elio Crifò will perform a piece dedicated to Roberto Assagioli.
• On Sunday, October 27th, in the afternoon, there will be a visit to the garden of Villa Barbarigo in Valsanzibio (transportation provided by the Organization). https://www.valsanzibiogiardino.com
• On Monday, October 28th, the Post-Conference in Venice will include a Symposium dedicated to Assagioli's impact on the culture of his time, at the Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evangelista (transportation provided by the Organization). https://www.scuolasangiovanni.it/en/
• On October 29th and 30th, there will be a reserved visit for 22 foreign psychosynthetists to the Institute headquarters in Florence, the home of Roberto Assagioli, organized by the Casa Assagioli Group. All the information here

The Hotel Alexander, the venue for the International Congress, is easily accessible from the "Marco Polo" airport of Venice (regional bus service available in front of the airport) to the Venice-Mestre railway station, and from there to the Padua railway station (a 15-minute journey). A regular bus service departs from the square in front of the Padua train station every 15 minutes, heading to Abano Terme - with a stop directly in front of the Hotel Alexander.

Because of the high number of registrations for the Congress, we inform you that the Hotel Alexander, the venue of the Congress, have already sold out all the available rooms.

However, to facilitate those who intend to book accommodation for the days of the Congress, we suggest:

- for those coming by car: the Golf Hotel in Galzignano Terme, https://www.galzignano.it/ about 10 km from the Congress venue,
- given the wide availability of accommodation in the area, you can use the web search engines to find other solutions (hotels, B&Bs and apartments) in Abano Terme or Montegrotto Terme, a municipality bordering Abano Terme.
- you can also refer to the accommodation facilities in Padua (FS Station area), about 10 km from the Congress venue, but well connected by public transport.
