The Hotel guarantees a fixed number of rooms for Congress participants, until  February 28, 2016.

ACCOMODATION

Bed & breakfast

• Single room: euro 92,0 per night
• Double room: euro 61,00 per night per person

Half board (bed & breakfast, lunch)

• Single room: euro 110,00 per night
• Double room: euro 80,00 per night per person

Reductions for 3rd of 4th additional bed (only for a limited number of rooms)

• Children 0-2 yrs: free (cradles available on request: euro 8,00/night)
• Children 3-11 yrs : 60% reduction
• Adults (over 12 yrs): 20% reduction

The above fees apply also for the days directly preceding or following the congress.
Room fees do not include the daily euro 2,00 tourist tax charged to each person over 15 yrs, which will be paid to the hotel on checking in. The tourist tax can be subject to variation with no prior advice, its amount being set by the City Council.

Payment

A deposit fee equivalent to the first night’s stay, will be charged on booking. The deposit fee is non-refundable.
