Given the large number of participants at the Congress, we ask you to book the workshops in advance.

Because each workshop has a limited number of places, these  will be assigned in order of arrival of the Workshop Booking Form.
We advise you therefore to return the form as soon as possible, but no later than  May 20, 2016.
